Where your data is stored
In India. The database and the application run in Mumbai, on Supabase and Amazon Web Services.
Encryption
Data is encrypted between your browser and StageVO, and encrypted where it is stored.
Signing in
With your company's Microsoft or Google Workspace account, so StageVO never sees those passwords.
Who sees money
You choose each person's role. A works supervisor can mark stages without seeing order values; accounts and owners see the amounts.
Backups
The database is backed up every day. You can also download a full backup workbook of your company's data at any time.
Taking your data with you
Export everything to Excel whenever you like. If you leave, we hand over your data and then delete it, as the law requires.
What we use it for
Only to run your StageVO account. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Security testing
What is done, and what is not yet.
- Independent security test: scheduled before our first outside customer. We will publish a summary here when it is done.
- Certifications: StageVO does not yet hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2. We will not claim them until we do.
- Privacy law: we follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, with a named contact for data requests in our privacy notice.
