StageVO was born on a shop floor.

ATCO builds heavy equipment for steel, power and mining plants, and gets paid in stages: advance, drawings, dispatch, commissioning, retention. Orders lived in spreadsheets, PDFs and people’s memory, and payments slipped. We built one system that links every stage of the work to the money it unlocks.

ATCO is our sister company, so we built it inside a live business, with the people who use it every day.

What is StageVO?

StageVO is web software for project-billed businesses in India. It links every stage of a project, from drawing approval and inspection to dispatch, commissioning and handover, to the payment that stage unlocks, and tells your accounts team what to invoice and when.

Who is StageVO for?

Businesses that are paid in stages: engineering manufacturers and machine builders, fabricators, construction and EPC contractors, solar companies, interior fit-out firms, consultancies and agencies. If your orders run for weeks or months and your customer pays as the work progresses, StageVO fits.

Do we have to replace Tally or our accounting software?

No. Tally, Zoho Books or your current accounts keep the books. StageVO covers what happens before and after an invoice: stages, claims, retention, bank guarantees, TDS and the GST part of each invoice, until the money is in.

How does StageVO track retention money?

Retention is held against each order with its percentage and period. The release date is worked out from the actual delivery or commissioning date, not the planned one, and StageVO reminds you before it falls due, so retention is claimed on time instead of forgotten.

How much does StageVO cost?

Plans start at ₹6,000 a month for Essentials, with Professional at ₹10,000 and Business at ₹15,000. Dedicated starts at ₹25,000 a month. Prices are per company, not per user, and exclude GST. Founding prices are lower for the first ten companies.

Where is our data stored, and can we take it with us?

Data is stored in India. Your data is not used to train any AI model. You can export all your records as a readable spreadsheet at any time, and if you leave you take everything with you.

How do our people sign in?

With your company's Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts. Each person sees only what their role allows: a works supervisor can mark stages without seeing order values, while accounts and owners see the amounts.

StageVO is a product of Yudiserve Technologies Private Limited, Kolkata. It was built inside ATCO, our sister company, which makes material handling equipment for steel, power and mining plants and runs on StageVO every day.

How we protect what you share

Only what we need. Order values, stages, payment terms, invoice dates and receipts. Replace customer names with codes if you prefer.
Nothing sensitive. No bank statements, no passwords and no access to your systems.
An NDA first, if you wish. Tick the box and we sign one before you send anything.
Used for one purpose. Your Health Check, nothing else. Never shared, and never used to train AI.
Seen by few. Only the people preparing your check. We never contact your customers.
Deleted on time. Stored in India. If you don't go ahead, we delete it within 30 days, or sooner if you ask, and confirm in writing.

Founding prices are 15–30% off the yearly price, for the first ten companies.
Pay 1 year upfront and half the onboarding fee is waived; pay 2 years and all of it is.
