How we handle personal data.

1. Who we are
Yudiserve Technologies Private Limited ("Yudiserve", "we", "us") runs this website and provides StageVO. For the personal data described in section 2, we are the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.

2. What we collect, why, and for how long

We collect only what we need for these purposes. If a field on a form is optional, you can leave it out.
3. Data inside your company's StageVO account
Your company decides what goes into its StageVO account: its customers, vendors, orders, people and documents. For that data your company is the Data Fiduciary, and Yudiserve processes it only on your company's instructions, under a written contract. If your data is in a StageVO account and you want to see, correct or delete it, please ask that company first; we will help it respond.
4. What we never do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use it for advertising, and this site has no advertising or tracking cookies.
- We do not use your data or your company's data to train AI models.
- We do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.
5. Who handles data for us

Each provider works under a contract that limits what it may do with the data. We will tell customers before adding a provider who handles StageVO account data. We may also share data when the law requires it, for example with tax authorities or under a court order, and with our professional advisers under a duty of confidentiality.
6. Where data is stored
StageVO account data is stored in India, in Mumbai. Messages sent through this website's forms are stored by our website host outside India. The DPDP Act allows this, except to countries the Government of India restricts; we will move or stop any transfer that becomes restricted.
7. How we protect it
- Encryption between your browser and our servers, and encryption of stored data.
- Access to customer data limited to the people who need it, with two-step sign-in on our own accounts.
- Roles inside StageVO, so each user sees only what their job needs.
- Daily backups and a tested way to restore them.
- An independent security test before StageVO is offered to outside customers.
If a personal data breach happens, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and the people affected, as the DPDP Rules require, and tell them what we are doing about it.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, where we no longer need it for the purpose or the law does not require us to keep it;
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent; this does not affect anything done before you withdraw;
- hear and resolve a grievance about how we handle it;
- let someone you nominate act for you if you die or become unable to act.
Write to our Grievance Officer (section 12). We reply within seven working days and resolve requests within the time the DPDP Rules allow. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
This website and StageVO are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Cookies and browser storage
This site uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. It stores one setting in your own browser (whether you view prices monthly or yearly). We never receive them, and you can clear them at any time in your browser.
11. Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top. For a significant change that affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you directly where we can.
