Compare

What StageVO does, what it will do, and what it won't.

A plain comparison with the other ways a project business can run its billing. Where StageVO does not do something yet, or never will, we say so.

Cost

Three years of cost for a typical business.

A business billing ₹10 crore a year, with 15 people using the system. Prices exclude GST.

Honest limits

Coming, being explored, and not planned.

Coming next
  • Tally connector. Bills go to TallyPrime as invoices; receipts and TDS come back without re-typing.
  • Collection reminders. Polite WhatsApp and email reminders to your customers before and after the due date.
  • Payment runs. Payment runs with the bank file, built on the vendor bills and payments StageVO already tracks.
  • Monthly owner pack. A one-page monthly report for the owner or board, made for you.
Exploring
  • Purchase order reader. Upload a PO or contract; StageVO proposes the stages, terms, guarantees and LD clauses for you to confirm.
  • Customer portal. Your customers see progress and documents, and approve stages, so bills move faster.
  • Quality and inspection. Quality plans, third-party inspection and non-conformance reports, linked to stages.
  • After-sales and AMC. Warranties, service visits and AMC billing.
  • Job costing and margin. Cost against each order and stage, as the work happens.
  • Measurement-based bills. Running bills by measured quantity, for fabricators and construction contractors.
  • MSME 45-day check on what customers owe you. For registered micro and small suppliers: the date your buyer must pay by, and the interest due after it.
  • VAT and other currencies. For customers in the Gulf and Africa.
Not planned
  • GST tax invoices, e-invoices and e-way bills. Your accounting software does these, and StageVO tells it what to bill.
  • Books of account and GST returns. These stay with your accountant and your accounting software.
  • Payroll and HR. StageVO records who works on what, not salaries.
  • A full stock ledger and stores. StageVO records material sent out and received against orders; stock valuation stays in your ERP or accounting software.
  • Paying vendors from your bank account. StageVO prepares the payment run and the bank file; the payment itself is made from your bank.
