Founding customers pay upfront for one or two years, so the founding discount applies to the yearly price. The founding price is locked for that term.

Onboarding
We set it up with you.
A one-time fee covers your stage templates and payment terms, the import of your open orders, and two training sessions for your team. Where you sit in the range depends on how many open orders and documents we import. The Receivables Health Check stays free.
An ERP implementation by a partner typically costs several lakh rupees.

The value promise
If it doesn't pay for itself, you can leave.
If StageVO has not found money at least equal to your first year's subscription within 90 days of going live, you can leave and get back the unused subscription.
How it works
- For customers who pay upfront, in their first term.
- We agree a starting point in writing from your Health Check, so money already known is not counted twice.
- Your open orders are loaded by day 21. We do the import.
- Your team keeps the stages up to date, and a director joins the reviews on days 30, 60 and 85.
- To use the promise, a director writes to us between day 80 and day 90. We then have 15 days to show the money found.

Is GST extra?
Yes. All prices exclude GST, which is added at 18% on each invoice.
What counts as an active order?
An order with any stage still open. Orders waiting only for retention or a guarantee to be released don't count.
Can we pay monthly?
Yes, at the list price. Paying for a year upfront costs 10 months instead of 12.
Is there a free trial?
Not yet. Instead, the Receivables Health Check is free, and the value promise lets you leave in the first 90 days if StageVO has not found its cost.
What happens if we grow past our plan's range?
Nothing changes automatically. At renewal we look at your use together and agree whether a different plan suits you better.

How we protect what you share
- Only what we need. Order values, stages, payment terms, invoice dates and receipts. Replace customer names with codes if you prefer.
- Nothing sensitive. No bank statements, no passwords and no access to your systems.
- An NDA first, if you wish. Tick the box and we sign one before you send anything.
- Used for one purpose. Your Health Check, nothing else. Never shared, and never used to train AI.
- Seen by few. Only the people preparing your check. We never contact your customers.
- Deleted on time. Stored in India. If you don't go ahead, we delete it within 30 days, or sooner if you ask, and confirm in writing.
- Founding prices are 15–30% off the yearly price, for the first ten companies.
- Pay 1 year upfront and half the onboarding fee is waived; pay 2 years and all of it is.
- Your quote is emailed within one working day, with GST shown separately.
- Nothing is binding until you sign the customer agreement.
- We reply within one working day, by email or with a call back, as you choose.
- A 30-minute call about how you are paid. No slides.
- If StageVO does not fit, we say so.
